Throughout the construction of your home or investment, we'll be there every step of the way managing and reporting on the progress of the builder keeping you up to date as well as outling the next steps to keep you as informed as possible. Often times, the construction updates can be vague from a builder so we'll assist in deciphering industry jargon to make it easier to know how it's all progressing. If it's an investment property, we'll work with you in identifying appropriate local agents to take over the property once construction is complete and prepare the property for your new tenants.
Where possible, we will attend the pre-handover inspection with you as well as the handover or have a professional there to assess the build on your behalf before taking possession. We'll then look to note the maintenance period deadlines and key dates to ensure that any issues post build are rectified in a timely fashion with minimul fuss.
